MUDr. Jaromír Vomáčka, paediatrician

My 44-year-long practice in both The Czech Republic and abroad, at all levels of hospital and ambulatory Paediatrics, will guarantee you a highly professional and at the same time a sober opinion of your child's issues.

I believe that the best care of the child can be ensured only from close cooperation between parents and healthcare providers. Hence I take it that your care of the child and, during his problems, hopes you place in me can be reciprocally honoured with my service getting the quality you deserve.

Membership

I am a member of the Czech Paediatric Society of the Czech Medical Association of J.E. Purkyne, the General Medical Council in the United Kingdom, and the Health Professions Council of South Africa. 

About me

I graduated from the Paediatric Faculty of the Charles University in Prague, gained experience in regional and faculty hospitals and after accreditation in paediatrics worked many years abroad, namely in northern and southern Africa. My special interest in infectious diseases and vaccinology guided me to extend my knowledge upon academical studies of tropical medicine and public health. I have been back in the Czech Republic since 2007 providing paediatric service to the local community through my surgery and also to foreign clientele at the prestigious Canadian Medical Care.
